    I love Starbucks in general, but I absolutely adore stopping by to order a drink here. Every single time I visit this Starbucks location I am greeted by lovely, kind people. My drink is always made to perfection, and the environment inside is warm and peaceful. Overall this is my favorite place, and the customer service is amazing.

    Long lines moved fast. Quick, friendly service. Indie was packed. Drive through stretched into the parking lot. 5 minutes in line tops.

    One of the busiest Starbucks in town and you'd think they'd get it together. I have been coming here nearly every day for the last 1.5 years and it has been one of the most inconsistent Starbucks I've ever been to. If I am spending $5-6 on a cup of coffee almost every day and I order it at least 6 minutes in advance, it better be there, waiting for me, ready to be picked up, especially if the app says it'll be ready no later than 6 minutes. Yes I understand 7:45-8:30am is your busy hour but you literally have 5 people behind the counter and every day is a new excuse: "Sorry we are having sticker problems" "Sorry the app is malfunctioning today" "Sorry we have a new hire today" and guess what? I don't really care. Those are your issues, make sure they don't come up, and if they do, just apologize and make up for it. Don't tell me a new excuse every time I'm in there because frankly I've literally heard every single one. Sometimes, I witness a lack of urgency in some of the baristas as well when they know we have already been waiting for our drinks when they well know they're already late since the orders were placed 8-10  mins ago on the app. Also, they are almost always out of something - a fruit yogurt parfait, then it'll be the maple pecan syrup, then the caramel brulee topping, then the salted caramel sauce, blah blah. RIDICULOUS. YOU ARE A CHAIN. YOU SHOULD NOT BE OUT OF STOCK OF THE SIMPLEST, MOST COMMON INGREDIENTS THAT ARE ESSENTIAL TO STARBUCKS. This place clearly needs new management. A visit from corporate office is much needed.

    Ordered a Berry Refresher and had about 2 sips and it was half gone the whole thing was literally full of ice ask to correct and didn't do anything about it, not what I expected out of Starbucks.

    It's an average Starbucks, a clean coffee shop with friendly staff, free wifi, and clean bathrooms. 3.5 stars seem more accurate.

    Pluses:
    +Clean bathrooms, 2 of them and no key or code required
    +Friendly baristas
    +Usually fast service

    Minuses:
    -Small parking lot
    -While it seems always well staffed, the drive-through gets busy and the service slows down sometime.

    They recently replaced the comfortable chairs with a big wooden table with wooden chairs. This way, more people can be seated at the same time, but there are no comfortable chairs any more.

    You won't be disappointed but you won't be impressed, either.
